MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to empower youth in urban DC and NYC communities to discover their creative potential as a transformative outlet for emotional, mental, and personal growth. By curating an environment that encourages innovation, self-expression, and learning, we aim to broaden their horizons, equipping them with tools for lifelong success. Through initiating events, workshops, and mentorship, we provide the knowledge and inspiration necessary to unlock endless opportunities, cultivating the next generation of innovators and leaders.

Our inspiration stems from firsthand experiences working closely with young Black men in underserved communities. Through mentorship, we've witnessed a recurring pattern: many of these youth are only exposed to leadership opportunities through athletics. While sports can be powerful, they often become the sole avenue for identity and ambition. We aim to shift that narrative by diversifying the skillsets and experiences available to them. By introducing creative, entrepreneurial, and intellectual outlets, we empower young Black men to see themselves as multifaceted individuals that are capable of thriving in a wide range of arenas. This initiative is about expanding the blueprint for success and redefining what leadership looks like in our communities.
